END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR FOREX SIMULATOR FOR WINDOWS

IMPORTANT: This Software License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Max Pastukhov for Forex Simulator for Windows,
which includes computer software and may include associated
media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.

By installing or otherwise using Forex Simulator for Windows
you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
1. THE SOFTWARE

The SOFTWARE under this license is Forex Simulator for Windows, which
consists of executable files and documentation.
2 . COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to Forex Simulator for Windows are exclusively owned by
Max Pastukhov. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
Max Pastukhov.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using Forex Simulator for Windows,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you must remove
all files relating to Forex Simulator for Windows from your computer.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may install and use Forex Simulator for Windows on unlimited number of
computers, workstations or laptops.
5. REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, decompile, disassemble,
otherwise reverse engineer Forex Simulator for Windows, or any its part,
except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Forex Simulator for Windows is distributed 'as is'. No warranty of any
kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will
not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other
kind of loss while using or mis-using this software.
